The tidy, simple rooms with spacious baths, rustic accents and plush beds would be enough reason to recommend this charming, family owned hotel. Not to mention the glassed in breakfast room with roaring fireplace overlooking the gardens, the fresh granolas, fruit, pastries, and teas for breakfast, or the unassuming young ladies who own and run the hotel as though it... We've been going to La Saracina for years and why do we keep going back because it's a little piece of heaven. Just outside Pienza it's a beautiful B&B - with gorgeous grounds, pool, olive grove, beautiful views, and 6 lovely bedrooms all charmingly decorated, you'll have an incredibly restful night sleep! The breakfast is wonderful, home baked pastries, fresh... More

You really have to stay here to believe it... Stayed for three nights in early September. Location is truly stunning...the grounds, the rooms, the breakfast area...everything is beautiful, completely what you would imagine Tuscany to be. We stayed in the Prugnolo room. Large, comfortable, and very clean. Bathroom has two sinks, a tub, and a rain-head walk-in shower. Private entrance... More

My family and I had the good fortune to stay at La Saracina for two nights during a two week visit to Italy in July 2014. We only wish we'd planned to stay longer. The property is gorgeous and meticulously cared for. We had two rooms, one for my husband and I and one for our two children, ages 14... More

My wife and I visited La Saracina in October 2013 on my wife's "bucket list trip" to Italy. Without question, our three night stay at La Saracina was the highpoint of our two week trip. We included this wonderful place in our itinerary on the recommendation of our close friends who had visitied La Saracina a number of times. While... More

My wife and I celebrated our Ten Year Anniversary with a trip to Italy, and our stay at La Saracina in Tuscany was one of the highlights of a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable vacation. La Saracina is a gem! Our very large and private accommodations in this beautiful B&B gave us a feeling of serene luxury in the country and... More

We visited La Saracina in July 2014 and the experience and the beauty are difficult to put into words. The property, scenery and landscape is breathtaking. Gabriella was an exceptional hostess to us. Morning breakfasts were exquisite. Location is perfect for those wanting to explore the towns, scenery and unbelievable culture of Tuscany. We cannot wait to return.

We visited La Saracina in June 2014. The six rooms are all different and the proprietors, Simonetta and Gabriella , have added some lovely new touches. This B & B offers privacy as each room has its own separate entrance spread throughout the facility. I have recommended this to many friends and all have thorougly enjoyed themselves. This is the... My husband and I stayed at La Sarcina the first week of June and found it to be exceptional in all aspects -- whether strolling through the vineyard, lingering in the olive orchard, or lounging by the pool overlooking Pienza on the far hillside, every setting that La Saracina has to offer is breath-taking in splendor like a Tuscan fairytale.... I've been in La Saracina in several occasions on the last 20 years. This is a true gem in the nicest part of Tuscany. For those wanting to know Tuscany, with its hills as seen on dream pictures, this is the region to visit. La Saracina is perfectly located between Pienza and Montepulciano, two of the nicest villages in Tuscany.... More
