This place is amazing. Lovely to look at, warm and friendly. It felt like home. Adjoining rooms with bunk beds for the kids. The breakfast was very nice and we looked forward to returning each evening after exploring the area. The restaurant is also very good. Every suggestion made for a day trip from the owner was perfect. No reservations... More

We stayed at the Tenuta for 2 nights in the most expansive room they had- luckily we were in the room overlooking the garden but you could hear the trucks and traffic in the morning- the weekend it was better - it was however a lovely room, great bathroom- the Breakfast was average- dinner was good but not our best... We stayed at the Tenuta Santo Pietro for a weekend in May. We booked a Deluxe suite on the upper floor, as the view on the hills and fields was definitively stunning. The surroundings are great, but we were not impressed by the room: very poorly furnished, and smell of "old" and mold. The room was FREEZING. We complained with... More

We came as a group of 3 couples. We arrived weary from long flights from the US and the drive from Rome. It was just lovely. After a short nap, we dressed for dinner. We had a bottle of wine before we went to a nearby town for dinner. Giuseppe made our reservations for us and we were well taken... More

We stayed with my daughter and her husband for two nights. Spacious room with modern amenities, helpful advice on where to tour and what to do each day. Pool is a nice touch to relax after touring. The restaurant serves vegetables, wine, olive oil and fruits produced on the farm and was delicious. The breakfast was ample and varied and... More

We stayed at this agroturismo for part of our honeymoon and enjoyed it's tranquil beauty. Our room had 2 stories with our bed on a quaint little loft appointed with a luxurious bed with plush linens. Fresh cut lavender filled our room with such a pleasant smell. We slept fabulously and felt quite comfortable. The house was furnished with traditional... More

We stayed at Tenuta Santo Pietro for an afternoon and evening and boy we wished we could have stayed longer. Tenuta combined a welcomed feeling of relaxation with the opportunity to enjoy what makes Tuscany, Tuscany. We spent an afternoon by the pool, sipping Prosecco and watching the sun set over the hills and village of Pienza. After showering in... More

I stayed at TSP for four nights last week. I will have to say it was one of my best experience in Tuscany. The staff there are very nice and welcoming, especially the owner, Giuseppe speaks perfect English and Italian. He tells everything you need to know about the area, huge help on planning daily trips like driving routes, great... More

This place is wonderful. It is spotless and comfortable and feels like home. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is excellent. Nice pool. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany. This was by far the best value on my entire trip to Italy.

Great little hotel(Farm stay). This tiny(5 room) hotel is located 5Km from the town of Pienza and is a typical Villa converted to a hotel. Breakfast is available & the hotel kitchen also caters as a restaurant for lunch & dinner. The rooms are pleasant with a typical Tuscan view across the rolling hills. The services are fairly basic but... More
