This place is wonderful. It is spotless and comfortable and feels like home. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is excellent. Nice pool. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany. This was by far the best value on my entire trip to Italy.

Great little hotel(Farm stay). This tiny(5 room) hotel is located 5Km from the town of Pienza and is a typical Villa converted to a hotel. Breakfast is available & the hotel kitchen also caters as a restaurant for lunch & dinner. The rooms are pleasant with a typical Tuscan view across the rolling hills. The services are fairly basic but... More

End of September was a marvelous time to visit. Once again our trip planner, Ginger Pozzini (Designing Italy, LLC) found a Tuscany jewel for the second leg of our honeymoon. The TSP is wonderfully located, half way between Pienza (amazing) and Montepulciano (equally amazing), and about ½ hour drive to other beautiful Val d'Orcia landscapes and historic Tuscan towns. Giuseppe,... More

We stayed here for four nights at the end of September. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. This was a beautiful property with beautiful and well decorated rooms and the most gorgeous view. Giuseppe and everyone there were so helpful with recommendations. I wish we had had more time to take more of his recommendations. The food and... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. The pool was amazing but sadly it rained most of our visit so we didn't get to use it. There are about 12 rooms here. Ours was right by the front door, but it was still pretty quiet when it came time for evening. The room was ENORMOUS and we had a huge bathroom.... More

Tenuta Santo Pietro is a delightful Tuscan gem - a remodeled, updated centuries-old farmhouse with comfortable, modern amenities, including a clean spacious room and bathroom/shower. (Travel tip: each room is different, so choose exactly what you want when you make your reservation). Giuseppe, Nicola and their entire staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property is in a perfect location... More

Traveling with my husband, my son, his wife and 4 month-old baby, we were fortunate to stay at Tenuta Santo Pietro during our road trip through Italy. It topped our list of places we stayed, head and shoulders above all the rest! First, the property calls itself a B&B, but it really is an exquisite boutique hotel with 12 individually... More

Amazing little bed and breakfast in a perfect location! My husband and I visited this hotel during our honeymoon. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful. The staff were incredibly helpful, informative and kind, especially the owner, Giuseppe! The food at their restaurant was also delicious; everything was fresh and home grown! I would highly recommend this lovely hotel!

TSP was the highlight of our 3 week European road trip! Our stay exceeded our every expectation and we were sad to leave after 3 days. Giuseppe and his staff were most accommodating and helpful in planning our day trips. Everything from the room to the kitchen was perfect. Our room was spacious, with very comfortable bed and well appointed... More
