First week in Rome, second week in Tuscany. We were so grateful for the beautiful apartment, and the relaxing atmosphere of Podere Casanova. Rome is a busy, dirty, noisy city. What a blessing to be able to spend time in the scenic beauty of Tuscany and this wonderful family farm. Lisa and her family were such gracious hosts. All the... More

We spent two weeks at podere Casanova and had a amazing holiday. The two of us stayed in the gelsimino apartment which has a kitchen, sitting area, a bedroom with a fan and a bathroom. The apartment was furnished in a lovely rustic Tuscan style. The pool area is clean, well stocked with sun loungers and very relaxing, with amazing... More

This was our second visit to Podere Casanova, for 5 weeks in May/June this time. The Lorenzo family are lovely, friendly, engaging hosts who really go out of their way to make guests feel relaxed and at home. We stayed in the Cipresso two bedroom apartment which is very large and was perfect for us and our two daughters. The... More

We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at Podere Casanova. From the moment we arrived we fell in love with the beautiful scenery and lovely accommodation. Lisa and her family were so welcoming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in 'Ginestra' villa and loved the little private garden that came with it; just perfect... More

When you book accommodations over the internet, you understand that you are taking a risk. Podere casanova was well worth the risk. Lisa and her family embody the highest level of hospitality. My 16 month old daughter had so much fun feeding the goats, playing on the playground and exploring the grounds. This is a perfect place for a family... More

We had a wonderful holiday in Podere Casanova; warm, cosy and relaxing. Our group was grandparents with two grandsons - and each one of us loved the place. Boys practicly lived in the pool, we adults preferred sitting in the shadow. We also loved visits in Florence and San Gimigniano and Mugello outlets. Italian food is always tasty, but the... More
