I don't usually post reviews but felt I must comment on this one. It was a really perfect place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We are seasoned travellers and have never experienced better breakfasts in any hotel or b&b anywhere in Europe. The room overlooking the river was spectacular with swifts, martins and swallows swooping in front of the... More

We stayed for two weeks. It was a lovely relaxing holiday. The hotel was perfect. Small, clean, quiet and the owners Francesca and Carlo were the most friendly, helpful couple. We had the yellow room which had it's own little sitting room, perfect if staying longer. The continental breakfast was excellent. The restaurant downstairs was very convenient and good value.... We have just spent 5 nights at this fantastic little hideaway. Loro Ciuffenna is a nice little Tuscan town at the foot of the mountains and a good place to chill and relax. The hotel is extremely clean and the owners could not be more helpful. Everything at the hotel was quiet and relaxed and the continental breakfast always excellent.... More

There are many lovely places in Tuscany, and a lot of the beautiful villages have very nice hotels. One of the nicest villages in my opinion is Loro Ciuffenna, and Dimora Casa Eugenia exceeded our already high expectations. The owners are super-friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome from the first minute. It is a small hotel, exactly what... More

What can I say?? Me and my wife arrived and Francesca came to the Main Street to get us. As we arrived Francesca and Carlo gave us the best welcoming ever and showed us the room. What a surprise!!! I have been to many hotels and many places but this excels. We had the verde room (green). It was absolutely... More

We have travelled in many countries and stayed in dozens of hotels but we have found none better. Francesca and Carlo are truly lovely people who made our stay in the town a real joy. The accommodation and breakfast are also of the highest standards. It is ideally placed for visits to Florence Arrezo and lovely mountain villages. A wonderful... More

We spent five wonderful nights at this lovely hotel tucked away in the Tuscan hill town of Loro Ciuffenna. This renovated boutique hotel is a true gem. It is an ideal location for touring the hill towns and scenic wine and olive growing areas of Tuscany. It is less than an hour's drive to most major tourist attractions including Florence,... More

What great place to stay in rural Tuscany. Beautiful small hotel in a hilltop town , with great views over the river and down the valley. The staff were so polite and genuinely pleased to see you. We were ungraded to a suite , which had a small lounge area, and a big king sized bed. Rooms are beautifully decorated... More

Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in 2nd half of september. If you want to experience a true tuscan town off the beaten track then visit Loro Ciuffenna. It is situated at the feet of Pratomagno (1500 m hills) where you can enjoy the beautiful nature on the hiking and walking tracks. Loro Ciuffenna is also surrounded by wineyards... More
