This was one of our highlights stay of our 5 week holiday in Italy . Not everything has to be luxury as some people think . This place has so much charm . Firstly it is in the country which we loved and with this comes the internet that was not always up to speed and maybe a few less... More

First of all, after the views of this property you will be spoiled for any other views in tuscany. I'm not sure it gets better than this, it is a true stunning postcard come to life. So it's about 30 to 40 minutes outside of Florence in a tiny town. You can go the freeway or the scenic way into... More

This hotel is absolutely lovely. Located in the hills in Tuscany you couldnt hope to find anywhere better the room we had was at the front and didn't have a view of the hills but it was large with the bed on a mezzanine level above. The rooms are really large and airy and were very cool at night. The... More

My husband and I recent went here for our honeymoon. We were stunned by the beautiful Villa and the amazing views of the Tuscany hills from our bedroom window. The staff were very friendly and the morning buffet was very nice, but the restaurant was a bit disappointing for evening meals as we thought it was a little bit pricey.... More

The place was palatial; monastery in earlier years; extremely spacious with large kitchens; our main purpose of the visit was a wedding performed there - Indian and English styles; food prepared were tasty; service was extremely courteous and helpful; rates affordable.

The villa is still a working farm of olive groves. We stayed in the villa at the rear of the property with expansive views across the hills of Toscana. The food was superb and a special thank you and praise must be given to Marco for his passion of the property and sensational service. We would highly recommend for a... More

We stayed for a week at the end of May. Some of the rooms are located in the old monastery building. They all have tiled floors and original fittings, which means some don't have air conditioning. The rooms on the top floor (rooms 40 to 49) are on two levels and do have air conditioning. The restaurant and lounges are... More

We had the pleasure of attending a family wedding at Villa Pitiana for three days in June 2014. The two wedding events were both very well done. The service is very friendly and helpful AND is also typical small town Italy in its pace which is part of the charm of this kind of place. The breakfast that is included... More

Looking for the best in tuscany? Here it is. Beautiful rooms, grounds and vistas. Fine people serving you from check-in to check-out. Given all that it offers it is the most afordable option that we experienced in Italy. We were a party of 60 attending a wedding in a nearby church, and the entire visit went with out a hitch.

We stayed there for 3 nights as part of a group. The carpet in our room was dirty and stained. I had the opportunity to see several other rooms of other people in our group, and many of them had carpet much worse with lots of dark stains. The rooms were all musty, and many people in our group had... More
