Last week I spent some days at Borgo dei Lunardi, the last stop in Italy of a longer trip. The structure is imposing and it makes an excellent impression when you arrive.. with its red tower and its characteristic shapes ... the interiors of apartments are essential, but nice and comfortable. The staff is very kind. On the way to... More

Borgo dei Lunardi consists of 13 apartments set in beautiful rolling Tuscan countryside just outside of the small village of Cerreto Guidi. Waking up each morning and opening the shutters to let in the fresh air and breathtaking views of vineyards and olive groves has got to be one of the best possible starts to tany day. No wonder the... More

I have to agree with the Kelly family from Australia. There is a lot of potiential here but those extra not costly touches are missing. "M" who greeted us gave me the feeling that we were an inconvenience rather than guests. She could not even be bothered to get off the phone to say good bye. The apartment was nice... More

We have stayed in a number of beautiful villas across the world over the years however Borgo dei Lunardi is the best of them all and for us ended a magical experience in Italy. We planned to travel to Tuscany and sought out a medium priced villa that we believed would be central to all of the most visited and... More

My husband and I hired out the whole of Borgo dei Lunardi in Sept 2009 for our wedding. There were 50 of us and we all loved it! It's an absolutely gorgeous location with fantastic views in the heart of beautiful Tuscany. The apartments are rustic and self-catering but extremely comfortable with everything you could need. The staff there were... More

We stayed in this place for 7 nights in September. We were very disappointed. This place has a lot of potential - the buildings are nice and the view was wonderful, we liked the area very much and were able to do day trips to many beautiful places including Pisa, Lucca & San Gimignano. The disappointment comes from the lack... More

We spent one of the best nights in all of Italy at this beautiful estate. The estate is located just outside of Vinci and it has everything you need to truly enjoy Tuscany. The staff was extremely helpful when we arrived and the rooms were spotless and huge. There is a pool, wine-bar and one of the best restaurants that... More
