Something that was suppose to be only a one day stop on our trip turned out to take the rest of our week. Every morning we were hesitating to move towards north part of Italy and instead were asking for the availability of the room for the next night... finally spending here three nights instead of one. Hotel is located... More

We spent almost two weeks in Artimino, enjoying ourselves to the fullest, just mentoning, the hotel resturants fried prawns were amazing.!!! (Had them several times) Drinking lots of delicious red wine, trying out both local and general tuscan red and white wine! Probably gained a few kilos during the stay, but absolutely worth it! Lovely rooms, and the service was... More

Wonderful quality accommodation in a stunning setting - classic time warp with mod cons. Love this whole resort and have been going back occasionally for 8 years. Romantic, but also great for quiet families.

This hotel is located in the most beautiful peaceful Tuscan countryside, has the most fantastic staff, good food a great place to relax & that my wife & I did until the night before we were due to fly home (6:00AM early start). For some strange reason the hotel decided to stage what can only be described as an Ibiza... More

Dear Sir, thank you for your report about Artimino! We are very sorry for the event that was organised at the Restaurant Biagio Pignatta. The back of the Restaurant was rented by a private company for a special event, and we were very surprised as well to hear that music. Not particularly loud but noisy for this place. Regarding the... Beautiful hotel in Tuscan countryside. Stunning views. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. A great find for a peaceful relaxing holiday. Village of Artimino just charming medieval and quiet. Only a couple of restaurants and shops and wonderful ice cream parlour. Small museum very interesting and worth a visit

A superb Tuscan location which provides an archetypal Tuscan experience. From the medieval village with restaurants( 2 )to the Etruscan ruins that surround the region, Artimino is relaxed and a lovely offerings a great location for travelling in to Florence or nearby towns. The restaurant at the hotel was slow in service but food was good -not exceptional ! Their... More

Spent a week here in August and don't think you can find a more stunning setting. The views are spectacular and hotel grounds make the best of them. Our check in was quick and easy but not in the least bit informative, thanks to the member of staff acknowledged in earlier reviews as being rather unhelpful. We were told nothing... More

We had read the reviews on Tripadvisor and the only incorrect part was the description of the road up to the hotel - no it is not scary at all! The hotel is fantastic, if you want remote, quiet, peaceful and amazing views this is the place to be. You make your own entertainment be it by the pool or... More

Dear Mr Val T, thank you for your very nice review. You confirm us that everyone has a different opinion! But we agree that it is not scary at all to reach Artimino. The main road is only 2 km away, and the last 2 kms are in a typical countryside road, between olive trees and vineyards. More narrow but... More
