We have stayed here twice in the last 3 years and it is visually very nice with an attractive front entrance and lobby area. The bathroom was modern and excellent. The parking charge is reasonable with easy in and out privileges. The breakfast self serve buffet is wonderful and with great variety and high quality. On our recent stay the... More

My husband and I were looking for somewhere to really relax, unwind and detox. We chose the Rizzi Aquacharme Hotel because it was not too far from Milan and had the right combination of beauty treatments, spa and Boario Terme near by aswell as a focus on healthy eating. Valeria in reception was very helpful and although we booked an... More

The Hotel is a two minutes walk away from the Boario Terme. (opposite side of the road). The hotel is a good standard with renovated rooms and quality beds. There are quiet rooms on the side or to the park. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful (above average). The wellness is of good quality and the... More

We looked forward to a hotel that focused on the good things in life. Healthy breakfasts,a nice spa, a good restaurant for the evenings joy, a jacuzzi on the roof! and even an own sugar room, according to the advertisement. Good on paper. In real life, not so much. All of these above mentioned features where non existing. As the... More

The spa was the most amazing thing about staying at this hotel and, as the welcome letter promised, we were able to 'taste the maximum relax'. I definitely recommend allowing a good few hours in the spa area! There was an abundance of juice, water and mandarines once inside the spa, and many places to take a nap :) It... More

this hotel offers huge rooms with mountain view and terrace like balconies. has its own underground parking, free wi-fi. though we stayed here for business, it is originally a spa hotel in the spa town at boario terme.

First let me oregace rhia with the fact that i an very well teaveled and spend lengthy stays in italy every summer so i am accustomed to ITALIAN WAYS AND LIFE . My husband had to be in the area for business and this was the hotel chosen. The rooms are terribly small, and I could barely fit in the... More

I stay here on a weekly basis now having tried several hotels in the area. It is clean and well maintained, with one of the best breakfast spreads I have found to get you started for the day. Staff are helpful and have good English. The restaurant serves very good food if somewhat a little expensive, however there is a... More

Our family group stayed at the Rizzi for 5 nights for a ski break. The rooms were lovely. The food was superb every night as we stayed half board. Also the spa was a great treat each evening. The staff were very helpful. The only downside was the snow was not plentiful but this was not the hotel's problem!

I stayed here with my mother during a tour of Italy in October 2011, they have very friendly and helpful staff and zero language barrier, as expected from a 4 star hotel. The breakfast in particular was a treat (especially if you have a sweet tooth) and the view is always refreshing and energising.
