We have just come back from a fantastic 10 day stay at Hotel Laccarino, Sant'Agata (Sorrento). What a lovely hotel, perfectly situated and friendly, helpful staff. The hotel used to be a family home and the décor is very much in keeping with this. Magnificent tall ceilings, light and airy communal areas to site and relax and the most amazing... More

I'm so pleased to see a large number of good reviews. This summer will see us returning for a fifth consecutive visit to the Iaccarino. It is a wonderful hotel, so relaxing and welcoming! The views over the Bay of Naples are sublime! Sit on the terrace at sunset and you'll be treated to the most beautiful view in the... More

Service is faultless, views and sunsets from terrace and restaurant breathtaking. Beautiful pool area with nice lunches. A short walk to want agata with traditional low cost and delicious pizzeria. We recommend one adjacent to church. Easy to get around by local bus although it can get crowded. Room was a bit small but adequate. Lived the antiques and photos.... More

Although the hotel is out of Sorrento the shuttle bus was free and was always on time. What made our holiday great was the friendliness of the staff, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was always clean and rooms were tidied every day. A first time abroad holiday for my daughter with her family (and us the parents) this... More

I was a bit disappointed at first as I didn't know it was 15 mins from the heart of sorrento but the hotel is set into the hillside and had amazing views of the bay of naples. The receptionist didnt explain the meal settings to us so we didn't know you had to choose a time for dinner we ate... More

The hotel is set into the hillside of the small town of Sant Agata commanding beautiful views over the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Stayed here for 2 weeks as a solo traveller in Oct 14, room was very comfortable, lucky enough to get a double bed which as a single traveller is quite rare, no balcony but as there... More

Stayed for 7 days as part of a Thomas Cook Holidays Package. Although about 15/20 mins from Sorrento town, the hotel courtesy bus works well and there are also SITA service buses to the village of Sant Agata which is just behind the hotel. Nice pool and plenty of seating areas both inside and outside the hotel. Both breakfast and... More

My husband & I recently holidayed at the Jaccarino and particularly admired the famous view over the Due Golfi of Naples and Sorrento (a bogolfo, I suppose). Like most views this was at the top of a large number of steps, a fact not made entirely clear in the brochure, which was a pity since we as a pair have... More

Spent 3 nights in this Hotel recently and you need to know that this is the oldest Hotel in Sant Agata which is full of character. The rooms and the Hotel and pool area were very clean, the staff friendly and accommodating. Jean on reception was great as well as Raphael in the bar. The village of Sant Agata is... More

Stayed from 9th to 13th October at jaccarino hotel with 2 friends. Very quiet relaxing hotel just far enough away from the hubbub of sorrento, but easy access by shuttle bus or public bus. The village of sant agata is 2 mins walk out the back of the hotel and has some charming restaurants, bars and cafés. Try Orlando's bar... More
