Stayed here in early September 2014. Arrived late from Napoli airport by private car, but Hotel had kindly arranged for a late dinner to be ready. The Hotel has really great staff, particularly in the restaurant. Really made a difference to our stay and a credit to teh establishment. Hotel is clean, the shuttle bus system works and has stunning... More

A late decison to take a week away and a last minute deal with Tompson saw my wife and I at Hotel Jaccarino. Reading Tripadvisor reports, prior to arriving, seemed to highlight issues that, were at best trivial and maybe could be put down to those, whose expectations of a 'Aging Italian Village Hotel' were higher that reality.....I feel this... Hi, my family and I stayed for a week from 22/08/2014 at this hotel and had a great time. First the location - spectacular views of the Bay of Naples from the terrace and if you luckily have a sea-view room. Hotel is located with the village of Sant Agata behind - this village has a few bars and restaurants,... More

This is such a great hotel. I was a bit concerned after reading the reviews from Sept 13 but didn't have to worry about a thing. It was SPOTLESSLY clean and there was no rooster to be heard! Staff were attentive and helpful, the view of the bay and Mount Vesuvious is beautiful - especially from the terrace - the... More

Just returned from weeks holiday with my daughter and 3 yr old granddaughter. Room large with tons of storage in old but solid dark wood furniture which added to this hotel's charm. Beds comfortable with telly, fridge and aircon. Tons of towels. Towels available to use by pool. Pool average size but safe for small kids when supervised with lots... More

Once again my daughter Vicci and I had a wonderful week in this hotel in the first week of June 2014. Really can't fault anything, excellent food, very friendly, spotlessly clean, lovely pool and lovely room. Thank you all so much. My daughter had been ill so we tended to stay around the village and hotel, venturing down the path... More

We stayed at the jaccarino for a week when our daughter got married at near by Positano. The staff were all very friendly and we were well looked after. We enjoyed all aspects of the hotel, especially the courtesy bus and the service offered by the reception staff. The terrace was excellent for an after dinner drink. This was spoiled... More

Booked the hotel, which for most of the holiday has been great, food and service has need also good. The only issue is there is no night time entertainment and with its location being so far from town there needs to be, otherwise very happy stay.

This is a beautiful hotel with excellent sun terrace (which does the best Irish/French/Italian coffees ever) and medium sized pool overlooking the Italian coast. The communal areas are wonderful, with free wifi in the lobby. The restaurant is lovely and the food and staff are excellent (look out for Luigi, a cheeky waiter!). The rooms vary and unless you pay... More

The hotel is fairly small and welcoming. It is well maintained and nicely furnished – although the lounge does look like an old people’s home! We paid for a sea view room and balcony and were very pleased we had as the view over the Bay of Naples, day and night, is gorgeous. It was a large room with plenty... More
