Here's the adress of detoxing the big cities stress. Nature has given everything to this piece of land. Surrounded by forests. You have a chance to taste the traditional hungarian food with reasonable prices and with smiling waiters. The units are clean and comfortable (country comfort not big city residents ). tennis, biking, swimming, horse back riding and the massage:))... More

Spent 10 days here . Had the time of our life with our small dog. Really took us back. Back onto a forest. Stables on site lovely walks everywhere. Nice spacious rooms. Lovely restaurant really cheap. Only 1 mile from Slovenia and about 30 miles to Croatia. Everywhere we visited we were made welcome including the dog. Most cafes and... More

I stayed at this place with a group of about 20 others while in the area December 2014. I was very happy with the accommodation, furthermore I did not hear any complaints among my compatriots either. I suspect that as we were a large group we might not of exactly had food from the menu but what we had was... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I like the fact we were basically in the middle of nowhere. What more could you ask for a true Hungarian experience! There was some trouble at times with language but we managed and we felt like we taught the staff some English while they taught us Hungarian. The restaurant was conveniently located on-site and... We enjoyed our week here despite several reservations. It is very peaceful, a mile from the nearest village and that has no shop, in woodland, a short walk from the border with Slovenia. If you want parties and entertainment, don't come. If you like peace and quiet, or horse riding, it's fine. Maintenance of the structure of the buildings is... More

The hotel is placed "in the middle of nowhere" in a rather "indiferrent environment" as other travellers have written. On foot, the nearest slovanian village is beautifull Kobilje (3kms) or hungarian Nemesnep (2-2.5kms), too small to name it nice. By car or bike, we would recommend everything proposed in the review "active country-holiday in Hungary". For water lovers, do not... More

Dear Zeniko, We are happy that you were our guest! Yes, the hotel is so isolated, this is one of our main point or goal to provide perfect relaxation atmosphere for our tired and hard-working guests who need some perfect days sourranded by the nature! All other points you have mentioned as negative we are going to manage! We hope... More

Having read the previous reviews I felt a bit anxious about staying in the resort. The staff were friendly although only the people in the reception were able to converse in English. We ate at the restaurant several times and thought there was a good choice of food. The only problem was that there were many parts in the menu... More

What was expected to be a great week of family vacation, retired from our usual city stress life ended up being the worse vacation period that I can remember!... The rooms have no sort of temperature control (I assume that this hotel must be closed over winter time!!!......), there are 2 (two) receptionists that can actually speek english, nobody else... This resort looks like a place "in the middle of nowhere", so do not forget to bring your bicycles! It´s a flat area around with almost no cars in the streets and you can easily reach very nice "points of interests" within 25km. Our trips on bicycles: 1.from the Hotel to Lenti (the nearest city with exchange office, where you... More

I took my dad here on vacation in the summer of 2010. Having never been to central Europe, we stayed in Budapest first, rented a car and drove to the country club. I will say that going to the country club was part of an RCI trip that I had ( A worldwide resort exchange) and normally I would have... More
