Don't get misled by the name of the hotel. This property may have had more glorious time in the past, but it is currently struggling because of lack of maintenance and investment. It is unfortunately equally noticeable in the common area (pool, entrance) as in the room which are closer to an average 2/3* hotel than anything else.

I stayed at the hotel with my family in two communicating double rooms garden view.Rooms were comfortable and the inner temperature was ideal regarding the low temperature outdoors which was 9 C. Breakfast buffet was rich and had a lot of local products. You can also order any coffee you prefer without extra cost.Outdoor environment was magnificent and parking space... More

The website is deceiving and as many hotels in greece chooses to show one or two great photos of their "amazing gardens and swimming pool." When you arrive you will see a parking area which is not cleaned often, dirty windows and an exterior that looks like it may have been renovated a long time ago.... Once inside the reality... More

We stayed at this hotel with our two children aged 4+7. The hotel is situated on an excellent location outside the village but walking distance from the center. The hotel restaurant Veranda boasts one of the best views in the area overlooking the city of Volos. The rooms(Junior suite) was on the ground floor with a private sun deck and... More

This hotel represents good value and with everything considered is just about a 4 rating. The hotel itself however is dated and more of a 3 star. The pictures on the website flatter the hotel and the rooms. The location is good with beautiful views and within walking distance of the village. The pool is nice but the pool area... More

Nice place with great, friendly service. Front desk has been amazing with all assistance and requests. Pool area is nice although service was not very attentive when we first arrived poolside, restaurant has delicious food, live Greek music and a SPECTACULAR view of the port. Rooms are OK which is why not a full 5 stars. They are a bit... More

We stayed for 2 days at the hotel for a business meeting. There is a conference room for that reason. Rooms are really clean and some of them have a fantastic view. Breakfast was more than good and the lunch that we tried also very nice. You have to walk around 5 minutes to go to the taverns. Nearby is... More

The hotel is a typical example of a series of hotels built in the 60s and 70s in Greece with a modernistic style. Despite his age, the place has been renovated completely in a very elegant and classic style. Space is abundant both in the exterior and interior areas, which is a rather rare thing to be found in such... More

Such a unique location for a luxury hotel! Great service and rooms! It was peaceful and quiet so we had a relaxing stay! We would definitely book at Xenia Palace again. Ideal for every season since in the winter it's very cozy and in the summer it has a huge pool!

We visited this hotel for 2 nights at the start and end of a group tour on two consecutive weeks as part of a tour of mainland Greece. The holiday was selected as it included the Pelion peninsula where this hotel is situated. The views across the peninsula, towards Evvia and beyond to a snow capped Mount Parnassus were stunning....
