The hotel is nice.We were there in August for 2 nights in Junior suite. The stuff is kind and helpfull. The restaurant offer a good quality food but the service was very slow. We wait 45 min. to have spaghetti for launch. But my biggest disappointed was from Spa center -when I asked for the steam bath it wasn't swich on... More

It is an ok hotel with nothing special about it. The 5-star ranking is probably an exaggeration. Rooms are of medium size for such an expensive hotel. Nevertheless the restaurant is totally awesome. great recipies, great execution, very friendly prices and big proportions. Totally imaginative menu with many surprises.

Nice hotel with beautiful vistas to Plastira's lake. First impression was good, but minor details (such us some low wear in the bathtub´s cover, not enough hangers in the closet and the bathroom) do spoil the good picture and is not what someone expects form a 5 star hotel. The junior suite could be a little more spacious. The ventilation and... More

We had the chance to escape for a weekend during May, alomng with our children aged 5 and 2.5 The first impression of the hotel was absolutely positive, as it is newly built, with modern design, in multiple levels. Check in was quick, and we were offered help to carry our luggages to the room. The room was quite big,... More

Still in the room and writing this review. I'm so impressed. Seriously. We wanted somewhere halfway through from Athens to Meteora and we decided to stay a little further. The lake itself is gorgeous. We arrived and our experience was top notch. Excellent check-in. Excellent guy who dropped off our luggage. Beautiful room. Excellent bathroom. Fantastic balcony with beautiful views... More

It was a very impressive hotel as for its design, but not for 5 stars firstly because of its breakfast it was not a 5 star hotel breakfast. Secondly, the spa therapies were very good but I find it hard to believe that there is only one room for massages and that means that sometimes 2 strange people are having... More

what a fantastic place! we travelled with our 4 year old son and loved the place and the area. lake activities, hourse riding, archery and walking for all the family, amazing food (the hotel has an excellent restaurant as well) and a very lively playground for the kids to have fun in the afternoon (and the parents a relaxing coffee... Excellent service and facilities. Very good food and breakfast. Clean areas and comfortable rooms. There was a small problem with the wi-fi connection in the rooms. Please notice that the hotel doesn 't have an ATM machine. The nearest bank is in Karditsa city.
