We are a couple from Austria who brought the whole family and friends along to this hotel (about 50 people) for our destination wedding in Santorini. Of course at the start travelling with such a big group can be very chaotic, because our guests had some special requests concerning eg. room changes. BUT the reception was the kindest and offered... Worn down hotel with shabby rooms. Old broken furniture, missing light bulbs, mold (and hair) infested bathrooms. The toilet seat was so old it turned yellow! Our baby slept with us in bed the first night because they hadn't prepared a cot (even though we ordered one when booking). The next day we got a broken, torn, unusable cot. Cantine... More

The hotel is clean, nice, relatively modern on the inside and with traditional architecture at the same time.We only had breakfast, which was ok, not great. The staff were very friendly, the service was good. The location is not the best, the hotel is not very close to the famous beaches from Santorini, but we rented a carso this issues... More

Lovely place, lovely rooms and wonderful service. Gorgeous pool and lots to do locally, short distance from airport so no long transfers. Food was delicious, lots of variety. Only gripe would be the bar staff, who do not seem to like taking large drinks orders if you're all inclusive. Apart from that it was perfect.

We had problems with our booking at another hotel and The Med' Royal managed to find us a family room to accommodate us for 6 nights at very short notice. The facilities are very nice, our room was spacious and the rest of the hotel is very nice and well looked after. We were actually in Santorini for our wedding... More

This hotel was nice and I would happily stay there again, the service you recieve is 5 star with friendly and welcoming staff in all areas - especially Tania on reception. However... whilst the hotel is nice, I wouldn't class it as a 5 star. The room we had was nice and spacious, but the bathroom was a little tired,... More

When arriving at the hotel we were welcomed properly by the enthousiastic July! With a warm smile she greeted us and showed us our rooms, while giving practical information concerning the hotelservices. Once we got in our room, we were baffled by the great view over the beatiful pool. The breakfast was very variated and the buffet was huge. Also... More

I stayed at this hotel in September for a week. I was in Santorini on business, so I didn't have much time to visit around, when I had some free time I stayed by the pool...unfortunately. When I missed out on breakfast, I enjoyed some snacks at the poolbar in the company of the two very friendly, attentive and smiley... More

The hotel is not a 5 stars hotel at all. Breakfasts were the same ever single day with declining quantity of fruits types. Room we had was very poor and old. Shampoos, conditioners, soap other bath stuff which is a kind of mast for a 5 stars hotels were not provided. One girl at reception desk was nice and helpful,... More

The hotel is located close to the airport so noise from the airplanes was expected but it wasnt any problem. I would like to say that my boyfriend and I encountered 3 receptionists while staying there, the youngest one wasnt knowledgable or helpful at all. We met her when we were checking in and she did inform us about where... More
