We booked this hotel for a few days during our stay in Crete. The hotel needs some refurbishing, the rooms are quite old, pool definitely not as nice as on the pictures (it has salty water), did not like the 8 or 9 euro extra payment for the air con (never seen it anywhere else). However, we were just a... More

Excellent location, close to Chania and different Crete viewpoints Private beach, foot in the water. Very quiet. Perfect view on the see and sunset. Nice (sea water) swimming pool. Family, very kind people. A great place to stay!

We chose zorba's after reviewing on trip advisor and we were delighted we chose this resort. 53 bungalows on a generous plot of land with fantastic views of the akrotiri peninsula surrounded by mature gardens, play areas and a large sea water pool (different but we very quickly got used to it). It felt quiet even when busy. Lovely. The... More

Two weeks in July, 2 adults and 2 kids (age 6) and this is just the perfect place. A short (20€ taxi) from airport, huge rooms, we booked double rooms and got two connected with both seaview and gardenview. (Rooms 39-43) Standard not high but size and location of rooms was great. Aircon (charged €8/day), refridgerator/freezer in rooms. Clean and... More

Quite a unique natural place. Beautiful natural environment, basic but comfortable stay. It is an absolutely very Kids friendly hotel, very friendly staff too. It should be noted however that the breakfast and coffees are way too expensive considering the quality and place. 4 euro for a coffee seems exaggerated considering I paid the same at the Athens hilton. I... More

We stayed at the Zorbas in late June and had a fabulous time. I had my my reservations as it only has a one star rating but was very pleased with my choice. We arrived late and stressed after navigating our way from the airport (without our Satnav. which for some reason didn't work) to be welcomed by George whose... More

Though Zorbas Beach Village is actually a nice little village right on a nice rocky beach, it is about 30mins from Chaniatown. The first night we had to take a taxi and it was costly, so my best suggestion is rent a car, which is what we ended up doing. Also, this place charges for everything!! They charge for hot... More

I visited in June with my parents and we had an amazing stay. I don't often rate anything 5 stars but I had a great time. It's remote and secluded with a small gorgeous beach and 3 restaurants. There are amazing views of the sunset from the pool side. The rooms were fairly sizeable and were cleaned every day. The... More

Unfortunately the weather during Spring Break wasn't warm enough to get into the water. The pool was nice and the view even better. The area is away from town so be sure to get a rent a car. The rooms are old but clean. Bathrooms were very small. Kind of like camping out with conveniences. You can't beat the value... More
