We visited last summer as a student couple on our first holiday abroad together. The hotel is certainly not a 5*, more 3*. The food was average, lots on offer and as vegetarians we found enough To eat everyday . quite samey. Amazing location views wise but miles from anything else so you are secluded without a car. There is a... More

We had a lovely week at this hotel which is about 15 mins drive from the Airport, has modern, efficient plumbing (not always found in Greece!), a varied menu with a good choice of food to suit all nationalities and cultures and friendly, polite staff, although they were working very hard for long hours. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious... More

amazing view, amazing pools of 25m lenght, lots of trees and flowers, spacious and clean rooms, you could swim either at the hotel or take the shattle bus to a nearby beach.(I prefered swimming at the hotel and have a dive to deep water from a beautiful deck with sunbeds ) My children were at the water slides all day long.... Horrible food, horrible gut-rot alcohol (after waiting 15 min in a line to get it), horrible guest services. Broken A/C, no working wifi in the rooms. Cleaning rags left on top of our suitcases in our room. I have never stayed in a hotel with worse amenities and customer service than this one. When asked to have our room moved... More

we were there at aug 2013. family of 5 - 2 adults ,2 children and 1 baby. we hoped for nice holiday-but... 1. it is very far away-about 4 hours bus trip from the international airport of heraklion. 2. the hotel says "all incl." but it is not, if you want e.g some lite-coce or any other "brand" drink-it will... We arrived at the hotel which on the face of it looked ok. We were given our keys at check in and went with our luggage to our rooms. From there it all went down hill. Aircon that blows out hot air into the room, below par bathroom, rock hard bed for my wife and I and a pullout chair... More

I went here in June 2013 to enjoy a much needed break, which I expected to be in 5* luxury and looked forward to some pampering. I particularly chose an all inclusive because although i hardly drink alcohol I wanted to have the option of an after dinner drink or a bottle of wine with my meal. I had fond... More

My Daughter and I went to celebrate her 21st Birthday. I mailed the manager in advance asking for if possible Champagne and a cake to be arranged . The manager was very communicative and the cake/sparkling wine was arranged which was lovely and the restaurant staff are lovely! The saying "you get what you pay for" is spot on with... More

It is a real shame that this hotel is rated as five star, as it is a two/three star at best, run down and totally mis managed by the owner I believe the manager does her best with what she is allowed by the owner who has no concept of all inclusive and his bar staff are trained very well... More
