If you want to change room they said no other free - sorry. Also is not possible to get beach towel. Towels were avaiable only 5 mins in the morning after... more

In creta, at the 4th floor of the hotel, the view on the sea is very nice. Just one very bad day (lot of rain) during period 01 to 11 may 2009. Excellent situation along its own private beach. Lets rest at several places, pool, beach, solarium, with transat , large umbrella etc all features gratis. Eventually you can get some sports... more

My Husband and I went to the Arrina Sands Hotel with our 15 yr old daughter and 12 yr old son, and we all had a fabulous time, with only 15 - 20 mins transfer from airport, and although it was 3am we were greeted at the hotel by very friendly staff, who showed us too our room, our room... more

We stayed at the Arina Sands while they were undergoing renovations, and found that it was not at all a hinderance to our enjoyment. We travelled with our 3 sons ages 16, 14, and 8, and all had a great time. Our room in the main building was a little tired, but extremely clean. We found the staff really pleasant,... more

There were 10 in our party, 6 adults and 4 children aged 9, 10, 11 & 13. We were put in the upper bungalows which although very clean (maids are fantastic) are very basic, there are no tea making facilities and the balconys are quite small. The restaurant served average food, we could usually find something we liked but it... more

8 of us travelled to the Arina Sands hotel in mid July. 4 adults and 3 children aged 15,15,15 and 9. We found the food to be of a very good standard most days, but as with all inclusive holidays you do tend to tire of this in the second week. A welcome addition was the ability to book the... more

Just came back today from the trip. Really a 2* hotel. First they put us in a bungalow: absolutely miserable. This hotel was last renovated 30 years ago. We asked to change the rooms and specifically required a room in the main building. It was better but not good. The maid never in 7 days used the vacuum, never cleaned... more

Just returned from Crete and 5 splendid days at the Arina Sands June 15th. to 20th. We arrived at 6.00 am and were permitted to check in there and then. While the room was not ready, and we were not expecting it to be, the hotel offered us tea or coffee to keep us going until breakfast time, the room... more
