If you expect good or even average service do not book here. Room service not avaibale even though it was advertised, so if you want to eat between 10pm and 6am you are limited to a 4euro chocolate bar from your mini bar. What this hotel lacks in elegance is overshadowed by the fact it is in the absolute best location to tour all of the normandy beach/WW II attractions.
