We've just come back from our second visit to this hotel and again had a excellent holiday. We were very well looked after by the lovely staff and owners, the hotel's location is unrivalled with beautiful views of the sea and beach; we love the way you can just walk or cycle directly from the hotel into the surrounding areas.... The location, the renovated rooms -state of the art architecture inside - the owner management and the food of the restaurant are exceptional, we go there again and again, because it is one of the nicest places in France

This hotel was originally a Scottish-type baronial mansion built by an Australian woman in the 1920s. So a bit of an anomaly in the Brittany countryside! Managed by informative, friendly Alice, the building has been converted into a ten-room up-market hotel close to an adjoining beach. A beautiful location. The hotel has a dining room which serves a good breakfast.... More

Manoir Dalmore was built by an Australian woman in 1926 who moved to Port Manec'h to be near the artists' colony at Pont Aven. It is in the Scottish baronial style and has been sympathetically converted into a ten-room hotel by the current owners. Our room was in the converted basement and was a startling black and red decor with... More

We stayed at Manoir Dalmore for 6 nights in September 2013. A very, very special place, Manoir Dalmore is a small, personal, beautifully run hotel. Our room was spacious and lovely with a view to the sea. The area was a delight to explore - walking, biking and driving. Very remote, quiet and peaceful. The owners and staff at the... More

We stayed in this is a lovely boutique hotel for three nights 23/24/25th September 2013. It is a lovely location and the small beach only about 200 yds walk through the hotel gardens. If you want peace and quiet this is the place to go. Not far from lovely Pont Aven but short on local restaurants (but not perhaps in... More

Stayed here September 2013 for four nights, a bit of a treat to end our holiday so we booked the Belon suite with private terrace. The room is beautiful and extremely comfortable with a view to die for.The private terrace is not private though, it is overlooked from the restaurant terrace above and is effectively shared with the other suite... The Dalmore is in a superb location with views over the beach and bay from rooms at the front of the hotel. We stayed in the Rosbras room which is not overly large but very comfortable with great views from the large window in the main room and even a small arched window looking over the beach from the wet... We just stayed at the Manoir Dalmore for 3 nights. The hotel is beautifully situated above a small cove beach. In August there are a lot of holiday beachgoers searching for the very limited public parking, but if you stay at the Manoir Dalmore, you can simply meander down the path from the hotel to the beach. The location is... More

What a stunning and charming hotel the Dalmore is, family owned and run with a touch of real class. The location is perfect for beach lovers and walkers alike, with access to sailing/kayaking and other water sports right across the road at the bottom of the pretty garden. We stayed for a week and took the two suites 'Aven' and... More
