Good hotel with excellent service. It`s not like others small family owned hotels in austria. It`s a big center for relaxing holidays. Although family owned) Spa centre is nice, staff are welcome. But the whole atmosphere is not cozy. p.s. The most important advatage for us was ski-shuttle to glacier. That is why we stayed here in november.

I am a very difficult customer to please, and have not been to one hotel in Britain that I have been happy with. Cheap sliced bread for breakfast, cramped rooms, curtains that don't do the job, no views, poor service, overpriced, small beds with bad mattresses etc. They could all learn a lot from this wonderful hotel! This beautiful hotel overlooking the Stubaital Glacier has comfortable rooms, excellent service, delicious food and a terrific spa, all for a reasonable price. I can't wait to go back.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful hotel for three days, service was excellent, the owners are very kind, very attentive to the guests, the hotel is clean and tidy, the wellness is an oasis and the food is spectacular! We recommend this beautiful place and in the next future we'll go there again.

Excellent service, good location for skiing at th stubai glacier with a mini bus service to the slopes and back. Rooms are very comfortable and the spa facilities are excellent. Food is also very good and plentiful. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
