We booked direct with the hotel -an easy and very efficient process. The hotel fetched us from Innsbruck airport for a very reasonable 45 Euros per trip. The location is perfect -at the end of the village, looking down the Stubai valley, 5 minutes walk from the Elfer gondola, maybe 10 minutes walk to the shops and village amenities. Our... More

We are just back from two weeks at this hotel; this is the third time we have stayed in Neustift and this is the best hotel yet. The food was very good, dinner being 5 courses: salad buffet, soup, starter, main course and pudding - we usually didn't manage all 5! The wine list was good quality but a little... More

We found this great hotel through a late package deal - had never heard of Neustift until then. Will be telling everyone about it from now on though! As for the Tirolhofer - the decor and furnishing in the communal areas is really great - which made our first room a bit of a let-down...I'd avoid the 3rd floor for... More

Just came back from a week spring ski trip with my 7 years old son. And I would like to thank the owners and all the hotel staff for the great time. It does make a difference, if hotel owners are at the hotel every day. It shows in every detail. And you can feel the personal touch. Many thanks... More

It was our very first time in this area of Austria and we liked so much that we are looking forward to return next year. The hotel is not the most beautiful ever, the staff is not the best ever but, all in all, you get the impression that they were waiting exactly for you, the most important client ever...... More

Having never been to this part of Tirol before, I was initially a bit uncertain regarding this place as a base for a skiing holiday. As soon as we arrived, I knew that we were going to have a wonderful time. The hotel is super comfortable, with great spa facilities, wonderful food and just a short walk from a bus... More

This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them and I was made to feel very welcome. The meals were excellent. Ski hire thrown in for free and it was good quality gear. I would love to return to this hotel one day.

We have just returned from four days at this wonderful hotel. After a 20 minute transfer from Innsbruck airport in the hotel's own taxi we arrived at the hotel and straight away we were given a tour of the facilities and shown to our rooms. The staff and owners Georg and Sandra were so friendly. They made us feel very... More

Very beautiful natural scenery. Hotel well situated, with all comfort. Nice rooms, good food, friendly staff. We were a small group, including children. Fortunately everybody was quite patient with them and so we were more alliviated. Nice small swimming pool, where even the children accompanied by the adults could go and spend the rest of energy after a day of... More

I stayed here for a week in January to snowboard and it was excellent. The owners are really nice and so are the staff. Everyone was very friendly. The food was very good and there was a lot of it. There was no tea making facilities in fhe room but I don't tend to expect this on the continent. The... More
