Of all tne places we stayed in Costa Rica this was the worst. Unlike La Predara in Los Fortunas, the restaurant here was closed, and you had to walk into town, drive or take a cab for food. There are no phones in the rooms . That was concerning because the friend I was traveling with had an aggressive cancer,... More

breakfast poor for the price, however, it's a good option for staying a couple of days in Santa Elena near Monteverde. More the kind of place for young groups A sloth can be seen in their nice garden. They offer every kind of activities that you can do in the sorroundings

The breakfast is free and very tasty. The room is average, very cold and walls are too thin. I could hear everything going on outside. The beds weren't too bad, and the room was very clean. The staff was knowledgeable of good places to eat and what to do in the area.

We arrived later in the day around 9pm and had no problems checking in. Ana Daisy and the whole staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, we didn't try the dinner but it smelled good. Internet worked pretty well. Rooms were clean and garden was beautiful. Hotel was located about 10 minute walk up the hill, removed from... More

The stay was comfortable, but there was no coffee making facility in the room. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is a 5 minutes walk from the center. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff are very welcoming.

We stayed here as part of a Costa Rica tour. The grounds are nice and location wise it's great for the zip line and canopy tours. We also saw a very active 2 toed sloth in the tree! Rooms are a bit dated though and could do with modernising. Breakfast was good.

I liked this hotel as well. It has a lovely garden area and the staff is friendly. All outlets work in the rooms and there was good lighting. Showers were good too. The bed was a bit hard as a down side. There is also no pool but it's cooler in Monteverde so not really needed. The hotel is about... More

It is nice little hotel with beautiful garden. Very friendly owner, she showed us Santa Elena map. The room is basic with very good Wifi signal. Good price for this place. Walking distance to the town. I love the natural furnitures. Good wood work.

We stayed at this small hotel back on easter break on 2015. They're located 5 minutes walking distance from downtown monteverde which is great if you want to explore and try out the different places. Beds and pillows could definitely improve. Staff was very nice and helpful at all times.

We stayed here for 2 days. The room was very clean and we could also enjoy a kind of veranda, nice, like this you've got the feeling of sitting outside, but your not bothered by the wind. It's only 5 minutes walking to the centre of Santa Elena (although the name says it's in Monteverde... ;-) ) The staff at... More
