Check in was fairly easy, as I was part of a tour and the tour guide sorted this out for us. Am not sure if it would be this easy if one were to check in by themselves. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful. Gardens looked amazing, food breakfast spread. Deco in lobby was well done as well. Otherwise. Can't... More

This hotel while having nice room is all about what China could sometime be : fake!! No one speaks English in the hotel, starting with the Service Center!! Rooms at 15C when you walk in and impossible to heat them up (needed to move room as after 6 hours of heating is was still below 17C). Internet needed intervention from... More

The property and gardens are all very nice. Rooms are close to being called oversized. Mini bar is bare, coffee maker and coffee give better tasting coffee than the restaurant. However, just like the previous visit, the air conditioning at night is almost non existent as I could not get the room temperature below 26C degrees. The buffet breakfast has... More

Quite surprised by the presentation and appearance of this hotel. Lobby is huge and expensive looking. Check in was easy and quick. ATM in the lobby, near large lobby lounge. Rooms are very spacious (maybe even quite large). Work desk, TV, coffee maker, internet all worked well. Bathroom is very modern and again large. The shower & tub are separate.... More

The room was big, with a giant bed, a good desk for working and a big bathroom. The room was clean. The staff doesn't speak Englisch We were here for a bussiness trip and the day of arrival we were to late for dinner so we ordered room service at 10.30 pm. Because the minibar was empty we had to... This hotel is exquisite from the moment you enter the grounds. The lobby is beautiful, the gardens are incredible, and the rooms are spacious and luxurious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most also speak English. The rooms are very well-suited for a business traveler with high-speed Internet access and roomy workspace area. The beds were extremely comfortable, and... More
