We stayed at this hotel on the Executive floor for three weeks, We encountered two problems, one was if you were late down for breakfast it was cold, so it was best to go early, the second problem was when i asked the room maid for a cup she took a dirty cup from her cleaning trolley wiped it out with some ones else dirty towel and handed it to me. (no I did not accept it,) Most of the staff spoke quite good English. We also found the staff to be very polite The restaurants in this hotel serve great food Chinese, Japanese and Western. Ordering food from room service was excellent and fast. The swimming pool is not very big but it's clean. The Hotel was very quiet most nights.
