This is literally the worst experience I have ever had, when I arrived I was told that no booking was made despite the fact that it had already been paid for and I could show them an invoice. Hanli will give you a warm welcome. Our stay was very pleasant. The food was excellent value, and generous portions. There was plenty of parking spaces. Overall excellent value.

We had a great stay at Arusha Lodge and Hanli & Louis(the owners) were very helpful and kind and also had helped us to book a tour of the battlefields. We stayed here for 2 nights in June 2011 while visiting the battlefields. It is gated and safe. The room furnishings are very dated and basic, but clean and quiet for the most part.
