Spent one night here on our way north. Beautiful spot right on the water, able to park the van wherever we wanted. Basic bathroom facilities but spotlessly clean with plenty of hot water, towels and soap provided. Fires and dogs permitted, a true bush camping experience.

Peaceful, idyllic location to camp in the West Pilbura. Camp sites along permanent, fresh water pool (2 km) are natural. Station owners Joyce and Daryl are lovely. There are options for Station tours and homestead meals and you won't believe the peacefulness at night.

We had been travelling and camping in the Pilbara for 10 days and had intended to camp at Emu Creek Station. However, rain was expected and so we asked if we could stay in the homestead. Darryl and Joyce made us welcome and we stayed in Room 1 and had the use of a nearby shower and toilet. Mustering contractors... More

We loved our idyllic campsite on the bank of the river. We intended to stay for 2 days and stayed for 5. Swimming, kayaking, walking, bird watching, helping with the cattle muster - a fantastic Station holiday. Thanks Joyce and Darrell for welcoming us like family, we loved every minute of it. We shall definitely return!

We went for one night but stayed for three. The ambience of the station is lovely. Camping by the water hole is very relaxing. We loved looking at all the birds and our hosts provided 2 kayaks for our use. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and happy to have a yarn! Well worth a visit

Joyce and her husband just couldn't do enough for us. We were on our way from Karijini to Exmouth and planned an overnight but stayed for 2. We were camping in such a beautiful spot. The creek is great, free use of kayaks and hot water showers. What makes this place though are the people. I had a peek into... More

I cannot remember how we came across emu creek but it was on a way back from Warroora station. Great history, few spots to explore. We loved our stay here the kids loved it too, they enjoyed the kayaks and the fire pits. Lovely shady spots along the river. Amazing view of the night sky. Will be back again one... More

Fantastic stay, relaxing in the river was a great way to end the day. If you're heading north to the Pilbra or south from the Pilbra do yourself a favour and stop in. The homestead rooms were great and your host Joyce will make you feel like you've always belonged there.

Our one night stay was fun and our hosts were very helpful, especially to my husband who suffers with Emphysema. We loved the country feel in the homestead - not flash - it's over 100 years old! No normal electricity but a generator supplies the necessary power and the hot water is fired up with a wood burner. A great... More

Really great spot to recharge very friendly hosts & magnificent Devonshire tea made by Erice (hopefully spelled correct) from Belgium. We stayed 2 nights & if had more time we would have stayed longer. Thank you to Darryl, Coral & Erice for being very welcoming & enjoy the last few months in Australia Erise. Loved it
