Stayed here with my family of four. The hightlight of the stay was seeing the kids feeding the fish off the desk. This is a great place and would be perfect if you wanted to go with group of friends boating for the weekend. You can moor your boat up under the apartment. How cool is that! The only comment... I absolutely was blown away with my studio room!! Loved the decor and the view of the lake and snowy mountains!! The staff member I saw was friendly and I was surprised that my room was cleaned! I didn't like the lamps they kept falling over and felt a bit cheap but who cares! It's a bit pricey but worth... More

Stayed here for one night as part of the tour package. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with the Pisa Range in the background. Our room was spacious and comfortable and from the balcony we could see the lake and the mountain. Some of our tour members got rooms on the other side of the lake and it was... More

Nice view from the hotel room. In addition, food at the resort restaurant Moorings is good too. The only criticism is that the flats and numbers to the rooms are not labelled! It therefore takes trial and error to find the correct room assigned to! In addition, the wifi is restricted to only 200MB a day. Other than checking emails,... More

The setting of these units is breathtaking. The rooms are very modern and have an amazing atmosphere. The beds and bathroom cannot be faulted. But! Our room had no seating. I asked for two lounge chairs just as our fellow travellers had in their unit. Later in the day we returned to find no such chairs .I was told that... More

Outlook lovely but don't like finding dishes dirty, curtain not hooked up properly, no chairs to sit on, no insect spray when hotel instructions are very specific about using the supplied spray. Also don't understand why 2 rooms booked together are supplied at opposite ends of complex. Cooking smell from restaurant very bad in reception area and dominant in small... More

We decided not to stay in Mount Cook for a 2nd night and wanted somewhere en route to Queenstown and found this resort on Tripadvisor. It was an easy check in and we were very pleased by the quality of the accommodation. Cromwell was a 5-10 min drive and we had a nice meal at the Cider Room. The apartment... More

Stayed here a few times and have always have had a good experience. The outlook is spectacular and the service is great. Have eaten at the restaurant many times and have never had any issues and the staff are friendly and helpful. Recommend Pisa Resort to anyone.

I stayed here for only 1 night but wish it was more. Lovely views and the room was spacious and clean. Would throughly recommend. Its 7 km out of cromwell which wasn't a problem. The location was quiet and so enjoyed sitting on the balcony having a glass of wine. Very pleasant

Lovely place to stay. A few minutes out of town but this means lovely views over the lake inlet rather than just buildings in town. Great studio apartments with couch, flat screen TV. Spa bath in room. Small kitchenette which was missing a few things during our stay. Stayed as part of the grabone deal which included a bottle of... More
