It's a very quirky and tastefully done place. The host is extremely sweet and had a great time here. She's very helpful. The rooms are nice and very clean. Had gone here with my family and will definitely go back again. The breakfast is made to order and served in a bright and sunny breakfast room.

We stayed for two nights in room 5 (the one on the ground floor) and very much enjoyed our stay at Eagleview. The bedroom felt plush with beautiful furnishings and a nice big bed (which is rarity in Scotland). Even though we were right by the entrance we weren't disturbed by noise from the street or other guests. I did... More

We spent one night at Eagle View Guest House as a base to see the Spathstay steam railway and the Cairngorm Funicular. Very comfortable bedroom with en suite shower. Secure off street parking and easy stroll into the village. We had a good pub dinner at the Glen Hotel nearby. Very friendly staff who served us full Scottish breakfast. We... More

My partner and I were in Scotland for a week this august and this was one of our favourite stops. Our room (I think it was room 3) was lovely and homely. The bed was soooo comfortable we almost didn't want to get out, but I'm glad we did as breakfast was excellent! A wide choice of food with lots... More

As a solo traveller its hard to find just that spot that you can stay, feel welcomed, comfortable and just like home. Eagle View is just that…nice big bed, warm, everything that is needed, tele, fast wifi and the breakfasts….goodness, you will not have a better breakfast in a 5 star hotel. There is even a lounge area where you... More

Stayed for one night, whilst exploring Scotland. Location of Guest House was nestled in lovely surroundings, where you could hear the birds singing. Added advantage of being close to couple of very different eateries. We found there was easy access and ample parking. Room was very comfortable, and excellent breakfast with good choices, eaten around huge table with other guests.... More

We had room 4 for one night, lovely large and warm room with a large bathroom and roll top bath. The shower head was a bit ferocious and led to me putting water all over the walls the first time I used it. Breakfast was lovely and the owners were friendly and welcoming. Overall a good first night to our... More

Stayed here twice and every stay was more than perfect. Excellent host, rooms are cosy and clean. Breakfast menu is great - full Scottish or a fish, or veggie. Lovelily decorated interior and easy access to nearby attractions. Highly recommended and will go back every so often!

Came here for one night. Parking is brilliant, room was very nice, very accomadating owners. Breakfast sat round one big table with other guests, different, ok if you're a people person, met some nice folk, interesting conversation. Would go again.
