Stayed here for one night on 27/01/16 with 5 work colleagues. Wish it was longer. Rooms were immaculely clean, fresh and lovely. We all had a 2 course meal which was excellent. As we were working in Aviemore next morning and had to miss breakfast as we were away early a packed lunch was made up for us which was... More

Stopped for the second time for lunch on our way down the A9. Excellent service, food was spot on and the chunky chips, a lovely treat, were perfectly cooked. Plus, how lovely not to have to fiddle with little sachets of sauce that are all too often served in other establishments! We will most definitely return and can recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights in December with husband and 4 grown-up children. We had 3 rooms all of which were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Had dinner on first night which was lovely and was breakfast. Staff friendly.

Passing through the area on route to Inverness. Kindly given permission to overnight the truck in the car park. And enjoyed a nice steak & ale pie in the bar. Staff were friendly and helpful with great local knowledge of the local attractions and helpful information of the local roads. I hope to be making a return visit to stop... More

We booked this last minute after changing our itinerary when a storm was moving in. We also took the opportunity to visit Dalwhinnie distillery which is only a 20 minute ride from the hotel. The hotel had very friendly staff, good prices, complimentary breakfast, on site parking, comfortable rooms and good food in the pub. We had room 7 which... More

I stayed here with my mum & 4 month old son as a wee stop over on the way up to Gairloch. We had a great night. Our room was very clean & a good size so we had plenty space for my sons travel cot. Both single beds were clean & very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean... More

Eight of us arrived tired, wet and muddy just on 9 pm after an 8 hour day in the hills to be welcomed by friendly efficient staff who set up a table in minutes and served up top quality meals at reasonable prices with a selection of real ales.. A haven of hospitality at the end of a long tough... More

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel, it is clean and has a really nice atmosphere, the most comfortable bed I have slept in, away from home. The staff were professional, courteous and friendly. The food was good, great value for money. My only downward comment would be our room only had a view of the car park... More
