Stayed in lovely large room with great view for three nights - The Larches. Marion and Graeme provide everything you could require, great hospitality and a super breakfast with local produce. Pretty much faultless, have stayed in many B&Bs over the years, and this was memorable for all the right reasons. You could even bring a take-away back to eat... More

Lovely room & public areas, clean, comfortable & well equipped room. Breakfast was very nice & would definitely stay again if in the area. Newtonmore itself has lost many of it's shops over the years, now reliant on a mid sized co op at the end of the village. The Glen hotel has good pub food & a good atmosphere.

The owners have done a wonderful job in creating a really fantastic place to stay. We stayed 2 nights in the "larches" with our youngest son. Extremely spacious and comfortable with a great view through the Victorian bay window. Breakfasts could not be better to fortify us amply for our sightseeing trips. It's a pity we couldn't spend longer there!

If you like to run your holiday like a boot camp, this is the place for you! Don't park unless within the white lines, don't wear shoes, don't eat nuts (actually, don't eat anything), don't wear shoes, don't put anything down the loo, don't just turn up for breakfast without ordering, did I mention don't wear shoes? The place was... More

We had the most wonderful stay in this home from home B&B - our best yet! It is a very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated house - they had obviously taken a lot of time and trouble. The hosts were delightful and nothing was too much trouble. The lady of the house in particular gave us a wealth of advice... More

we stayed for 4 nights and it was a bliss. We needed a break in a quiet place and we definetely got what we wanted. The room was spacious, there was a sitting area from where we could enjoy the view and the bed was a dream. Breakfast was plentifull, we were the last ones to arrive and took our... More

So often on vacation we are tempted to skim from place to place, trying to take in as many locales and see as many sites as possible. We are so glad that we dispensed with our usual habit and stayed at Coig Na Shee for four wonderful days. The house itself is stunning, surrounded by beautiful green space and perched... More

From the very start of our visit, we could not have been made to feel more welcome at the beautiful place to stay. The room was excellent and very spacious. Everything was spotless and all you could need was supplied for you. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of buffet items as well cooked! This was a real find... More

This has to be the best place to stay in the Cairngorms. A wonderful Edwardian house made into one of the most comfortable B&Bs I've stayed in. Marion and Graeme are great hosts, full of ideas about the area. Newtonmore is within reach of all the Cairngorms attractions without the crowds associated with eg Aviemore. We really can't recommend this... More

We spent two nights here for a friend's wedding nearby - we had a beautiful, clean room and the breakfasts were superb. Our hosts were really helpful, and there was a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend.
