If you are looking for a classic Scottish B & B experience, with excellent accommodations, beautiful grounds, and wonderful inn keepers you should include Coig Na Shee. The breakfast was delicious. We had an easy walk to Newtonmore and a nice meal at a local restaurant. Highly recommended.

We were on our travels and came across this by chance and it was a jolly good find! I can't really add to the other reviewers comments as it really is that good. As some one reviewer had previously said, the little touches are fabulous including proper coffee in the room, the DVD's, books and games area. There was also... More

A warm welcome from owners, who are very knowledgeable about local area) Beautiful, clean room (The Firs), huge bathroom, (choice of bath or shower (gives an idea of size)! Comfy bed. Excellent choice for breakfast. Loved the little extras, eg quality toiletries, books & games (lovely area on half landing to do these things). Stayed two nights but wanted to... More

Spent just the one night here on the way to Inverness but wished it had been more. We were the only guests (new carpets were being fitted) and were given the choice of a larger room with a lovely view of the hills. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless and very nicely decorated. Had been slightly worried about... More

Coig Na Shee is a wonderful and restful bed and breakfast that does not disappoint at all. It has beautiful rooms that are comfy. Marion and Graham are great hosts and the breakfasts are yummy. I would highly recommend Coig Na Shee.

My girlfriend and I spent two nights here and thought it was great! Marion and Graham were friendly and accommodating. The clever little reading and relaxing areas in the house are a great idea if you're staying several nights and want to spend some time outside the rooms. The first night we stayed in The Limes small room and although... More

My husband and I stayed at Coig Na Shee Guest House for two nights over Valentines weekend & would highly recommend this beautiful guest house to everyone. Marion & Graeme made us extremely welcome from the off, nothing was a problem. We stayed in The Larches room which was very spacious and comfortable, with large bay windows looking out onto... More

My partner booked this for us as a treat at Christmas time and it did not disappoint! From the moment we drove into the drive we felt so welcome. It was extremely snowy, and owner Graeme made sure to come and help us park our car, and even gritted the road! The house itself is in beautiful grounds, and the... More

This was our sixth stay at the Coig na Shee and it remains a firm favourite with us. I highly recommend it. Graeme and Marion are friendly hosts who have a lovely home. The firs is a terrific bedroom with a great big bath. Real coffee, selection of teas, biscuits and bottled water in the room. Good selection of books,... More
