We stayed here for 3 days. The rooms and bathrooms definately need updating. The staff were pleasant enough. We didn't eat the breakfast because it was extra and we decided to go out instead. We booked this for a one night stay when racing at Sandown Park. Its excellent value if booked online through Active Hotels, and the river view rooms worth the extra. The only problem was that we were on the first floor and the guests on the second floor were very noisy and obviously wearing hobnail boots until well after midnight.... more
