This hotel is perfectly adequate for a one or two night stay. Good size rooms, inexpensive and a decent breakfast included. Park your car in their secure carpark beneath for an extra 9 euros. Two things to beware of. 1/ This place is a sod to find. All the one way streets totally confused our sat nav. We ended up... More

Well located in central ferrol, free wifi that works, super staff could not do enough, recommended and great value. Will stay there again. 2 minutes from the port and it's only 40 mins drive from the airport. While your in ferrol eat at the Bar Irlanda on Tia dolores it's great value and the racions are great value especially tortilla... More

This is a nice, clean, hotel in the centre of the historic part of town. I stayed here prior to the Camino Ingles and this was easy to find from the bus station (about a 5-10 minute walk) and then a short walk to the official starting point of the pilgrimage trail down by the harbour. Breakfast is simple but... More

We stayed at his hotel in April, just before the Semana Santa. The location is great, right in the middle of the Magdalen District, and opposite the Corte Ingles department store / supermarket, and within walking distance of the old town and food / fish markets. Breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, toast cake and great coffee, best enjoyed if you... More

As other reviewers have mentioned, quite a grand looking hotel, inside and out (lots of marble, stained glass and so on), all well maintained and spotlessly clean. Large bedrooms, fairly well appointed - our room had a jacuzzi bath. We were on the top floor, and the lift took so long to get there we wondered if it was actually... More

This hotel is ideally situated for the start of the Camino Ingles and for local restaurants. The gentleman on the reception when we checked in was extremely friendly and helpful, he spoke good English and chatted about his time in Liverpool/Blundelsands during the 70s! The bedrooms were spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. We did however get woken up twice... More

The Hotel El Suizo looked grand from the outside and it didn't change inside. The staff were helpful and the room was clean and spacious. It was the best hotel I stayed in in Spain. Iwould recommend it to anyone. Only reason I have rated kids activities and fitness centre a terrible is because they were not pointed out to... More

Very friendly reception staff. A comfortable room and bed, and a quiet as well as a convenient location in the 'old' part of Ferrol, as well as being close to the starting point for the Camino Ingles. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a real good deal with this hotel, which has a fabulous location in the centre of the old town amongst the cafe/bars/restuarants and shops. We had not booked just turned up as we were travelling around Galacia and the price of the room including breakfas was 51.55 euros per night for two persons and included breakfast, plus 8... More

This is my third stay at this quaint boutique hotel. The staff are always pleased to assist with any questions from shopping, travel to restaurants. It does not provide the large commercial hotel facilities such as conference catering etc so it is ideal for the quiet solitude needed on a business trip or romantic break. One of the greatest benefits... More
