Facilities at this campground are great and prices are good. They provide a free shuttle bus into Barcelona city centre 4 times a day which is awesome. We have a motorhome so this is a fabulous service that they provide. There is also another shuttle into Mataro which is the local town centre. The pool is lovely and the sun... More

Stayed for 5 nights in May 2014. Pitches allocated to ACSI campers were very good. Toilet and shower facilities very clean and plentiful. Free out of season coach transport toand fro Barcelona was brilliant and my main reason for choosing the site. Train to Girona (beautiful) can be caught a 15 minute walk from the site.Reception staff amazing - efffortlessly... More

Our visit was in the MOTO GP weekend - in fact we came for a Beach Holiday. We did not know about this until we checked in and the woman on the Reception told us about this. At that moment, we should have had leave again better. Although we arrived in the lower season period we payed the main season... More

Just spent seven days here and agree with most of the comments. The staff are very friendly, helpful with a wide range of languages. The site is clean and tidy with very good sanitary facilities, bar, restaurant and large pool which was just being prepared for the summer. The pitches are flat and of a reasonable size, but if you... More

All the employees are very funny and servicial, always smiling. The facilities are super and the best is the good connection to Barcelona there is a free daily bus from campsite to Barcelona and another free bus to visit Mataro and other beaches, we really forgot the car during our holidays there. And the beach club is super cool. Thanks

We spent 4 nights in Camping Barcelona in August/September 2013. We took very cheap plane tickets to Barcelona but I actually didn't want to spend this long weekend in the city. I was fed up with crowd, rush and heat, and I wanted something relaxing and chilly. Sipping my Mojito, catching last sunrise this summer - that was my plan.... More

The camping ground has the basics covered plus shuttle buses to Barcelona, the beach, the diving club and Mataro. We were there to visit Barcelona, so although I am aware that there is a restaurant, laundry room, and store (and pool that is open until the end of September), we did not use any of these. Hot water in the... More

We had three nights here at end of June in a tent. Wonderful camping here, felt safe, not too crowded. Awesome swimming pool for kids. The snack bar and restaurant provided very nice cheap meals and delicious cocktails. The free-shuttle service into Barcelona each day was a bonus. Would recommend this location (about 16km north of Barcelona).
