We spent a really lovely overnight stay in this quaint, beautifully maintained, clean B&B. Despite us not speaking Spanish and The Owners English being very limited, we had no trouble understanding or being understood. There is parking on a wide street right outside the door - what a bonus that is!!! - and the town square is easily reached by... More

We stayed for 1 night in October 2013 Lovely building and gardens. Location great, private and safe parking. Our room was en suite a very small double on the ground floor. Breakfast was bread roll, croissant and coffee or tea and fruit juice, a bit basic. Cost for the two of us with parking 85.00.Euro, a little overpriced

We stayed here last night in the ground floor room opening up onto a patio where we had breakfast. Isabel could not have been more accommodating, especially as we had our two dogs with us. Would highly recommend this little oasis In a delightful town. We spent the evening in the town square, eating tapas and drinking red wine. Then... More

Stayed here a couple of years ago, still good, Isabel speaks little English, is very friendly and helpful. Has air con. In bedroom, we had a wet room very nice and our room opened on the the patio where breakfast is served. The house has an interesting history, Quiet location, though on a wide street. not far from a restaurant... More

We needed a place to stay between Cordoba and Madrid and based on Tripadvisor reviews we chose this B & B. Everything I read was accurate, the only problem I encountered was the temperature of our room. It was a very hot day and we chose a downstairs unit, partly based on the fact that heat rises. After we got... More

We booked solely based on the great reviews here on trip advisor and the house is very nice as other people have commented. But the gardens, the pool, garden furniture, and the patio are all in urgent need of some TLC. The pool was filthy. They evidently don't expect people to actually use the pool or pool area. This beautiful Hotel is 354 miles (about 5 hrs 20 mins) due south of the northern Spain Ferryports of Bilbao and Santander. Yes, you can, of course reach the Costa del Sol in about 10 hours non-stop but, if you prefer a more leisurely pace - with luxury thrown in - this Hotel is ideal. Manzanares is just off the... More

I have only positives to say about the Casa de la Bodega. We landed at Madrid Airport around 1900 and didn't get to Manzanares until around 2200. I know Spain operates to a different timetable but this is a small B and B run by a couple. We rang them in advance to warn them of a late arrival and... More

Wow. Actually found somewhere in Spain where the staff/owners don't speak English...how refreshing! This is an authentic Spanish b&b style hotel with beautiful decor and friendly owners. Perfect stop over en route to marbella/costa del sol from France/England with SECURE PARKING. Our car with roof box was locked behind a very tall hate and hidden from view, felt very safe.... More

Lovely small hotel near the Daimiel reserve. It is quiet, you can park on the street and you can have good continental breakfast at the time you tell the owner. You are given a code to enter and the main downstairs room is full decorated in a country sort of way, reminding you that you are close to a natural... More
