Lovely hotel in a lovely setting with beautifully kept grounds. Nice pool area and setting. We booked one of the superior rooms with terrace and ours was No. 1 which is particularly private being on the end of the 'block' with a secluded terrace. Comfortable bed, good shower but not a fantastic amount of room for relaxing in. We had... More

The hotel is in a beautiful rural location, a short drive from the beach at Santo Tomas. Andreas and the rest of the staff are very professional and helpful. The room was well appointed with a spacious bathroom and terrace. The large swimming pool was idyllic. The food at breakfast and dinner was good quality. The only drawback was that... More

First came to this island in 1971 and have stayed at many of the hotels here, large and small. This one stands out and is certainly a special place to while away a few days or even longer. The manager, Andreas, is professional, ever helpful and dedicated to providing all the help he can to his clients. These sentiments are... More

Remote, rural and romantic, this converted farm is wonderfully tranquil, dishing up great quality food and wine, at a reasonable price and staffed by friendly, helpful and enthusiastic people, who go the extra mile. Our room was a standard but was really well appointed with a high beamed ceiling, a pleasant rural vista and a decent bathroom, with loads of... More

The hotel is isolated and a wonderful place to unwind. We were greeted by a very friendly chap that told us lots of information, about what was round and about, and showed us to our room. The room was simply furnished with everything that is needed for comfort and convenience and the bathroom had a good size shower, again, well... More

Just arrived back from a fantastic week in this beautiful hotel. The location is excellent - very central for visiting the whole of the island. It is in the countryside down a single track road but we had no problems at all with the drive or walking into Es Migjorn which was about 20-25 mins stroll. We found it a... More

Two visits here for dinner in the last week. The setting is wonderful. So peaceful and relaxing and the food was lovely. Very romantic but would be equally as good for friends. The 29 Euro set menu is really good value and the house wines are good for around 9 Euro. Very highly recommended - especially the Mahon cheese salad... More

My wife and I ate here last September and enjoyed the experience so much that we were keen to introduce our friends to this wonderful dining experience. Unlike last year when we ate indoors, the tables were set on the outdoors terrace overlooking the gardens. Most of the other diners, (about 30), appeared to be guests of the hotel. There... More

This was our second stay, and it was just as wonderful as the first! This time we chose a junior suite and will definitely be going with the junior suite in any future visits. It was very spacious (many junior suites were occupied by families) and has a covered patio that was perfect for relaxing in the evening. The staff... More
