We have just returned from a two weeks stay. The place is great, immaculatly clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. It may be our age but the beach club bar across the road was noisy but this did finish at midnight. However, if you are in the wrong room there is a takeaway which does not close until the... More

After reading reviews thought we would give it a go, having stayed in Ibiza many times..well let's start on the negatives as like to end on a positive.. We had no sleep, on the first floor 107_110 rooms.Absolutely exhausted, even worn ear plugs but as our room was opposite a lovely but noisy chill out bar the noise was awful,... More

As in my other reviews i don't normally moan and give an honest report, but here goes.We booked a twin room for 7nights B&B. When we got to our room it was at the back of the building above a burger bar that shut at 4am every morning! The room itself was dated and the bathroom was so small i'd... More

We have just spent a week at the lovely Las Arenas Hostal and we thoroughly enjoyed it. What a lovely warm and friendly family. The family and staff all work hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. It is immaculately clean. The maid was excellent. Carlos, Kim and Carlos provided us with excellent service. They were a pleasure... More

We have stayed at this hotel five times over the last twenty five years. It just gets better and better. Since our last visit which was three years ago. Rooms and circulation areas have been totally refurbished in a clean, modern style. Fixtures and fittings are of a very good standard as is the service from this relatively small family... More

First time to Ibiza, could not have chose a better place, Es Canar has been able to remain a small place while having something for most people, bars, restaurants, watersports, music, hippies. The Las Arenas, as far as we are concerned, was ideal. Not many rooms have balconies, but there is a big roof terrace that is easily accessed from... More

Rooms are fairly basic but have everything you want, we payed for a sea view and balcony and it was worth the extra.. a lovely view of the beach and harbour to wake up to each morning.... More

Just had a wonderful break in Las Arenas for a week. The beach is so close that we didn't miss a pool at the hotel. Everybody at the hotel is very welcoming and friendly. I saw from a previous comment that were no tea/coffee making facilities so I took a travel kettle as I need my cuppa first thing. I... More
