As member of azuLine Hotels, chain hotel where belongs the Club Punta Arabí, I would like to apologise for the inconveniences suffered in your recent Ibiza Holyday. However I would like to enphasize that work done buy Touroperators goes beyond our responsability even we try hard to control every step.

if you like ingorant staff who will ignore you in faver of speeking to their pushy german compatriots eg. the bar,the reception then go.personally i recomend that you leave this place to the germans. more

We booked Club Punta Arabi on the Easy Jet website for a long weekend, having booked their flights (and a transfer with a holiday transfers website rather than a taxi).
