As soon as we arrived Gabriela was there to welcome us. We had a toddler with us and as there is no lift she was more than happy to let us keep the pushchair in the staff area to save carrying it up the stairs. She was so friendly and helpful to the extend of even lending us a bucket... more

the hotel is in a good location if you like howling dogs at night and leaking air conditioning very basic accommodation and very basic breakfast we got moved to another room with a pool view and the bed leg fell off they changed this then in the middle of the night the bed fell apart !! i would not recommend... more
