Takes Ibiza to a whole new level of luxury, stayed for the day. The sun beds are reasonably priced and the level of service is truly amazing. We were greeted by name and the pool staff were intuitive to our needs. My family and I were drinking champagne in the jacuzzi and the staff on there own accord moved the... More

There is nothing good to say about this hotel, apart from the music is good, The hotel, bed rooms, tiny, we were down graded to a standard room, 17 sq metres, bathroom tiny, no turn down service, no clean towels. Service , well there is none. Rooms away from reception are quiet , but along way, when no luggage service,... More

On the outside this hotel has a lot going for it. Has a great style look about it, cool reception area, our room was spacious and the pool area with day beds looks very inviting. Sadly though on ALL levels of service it fails completely. 1/ Check in took 45 minutes as they had a large group booking arriving at... More

Rooms and gardens fairly tranquil and kept very clean. Beautiful food and cocktails. Gorgeous pool and daybeds but service around the pool area was very slow when it got busier with weekend day guests. Fairly noisy around the pool with music on a sat and Sun, other days, nice chilled out music. No local shop, nearest a taxi ride away.... More

We never expect much from an Ibizan hotel, and usually stay in villas, but this one was excellent. We were fortunate that it was May, therefore not too busy, but the staff were great, and the service very friendly, if a little slow in the bars (fairly junior staff, probably as it wasn't very busy). Great hotel though, good view,... More

I stayed here for vacation in July 2013. Positives • The hotel has a nice ambiance. • The hotel has a really great pool. • The staff were friendly and helpful • The hotel is relatively well located. There is a mall beside it and it is close to the major offices. • The restaurant food was good (if expensive... More

Stunning. Aesthetically, this is one of the most interesting properties I have seen. Ibiza bohemian glam meets otherworldly / futuristic? I don’t know how to describe it, but stunning. Pool is beyond - incredibly modern & luxurious. Every detail down to the checkout envelopes are incredibly well designed. By far the best hotel staff uniforms I have ever seen (funny... More

Great location, impressive lobby & pool area. But the standard double rooms are tiny (very cosy for 2 people). Mini-bar wasn't re-stocked every-day, so we had to go out hunting for water. Free wifi - but it flickered on & off. And the tiny 1 room gym was almost pointless. We ate pool side on our first night, 90euros for... More
