Really nice hotel, superb location right by the beach and the prom. Staff all excellent - helpful and friendly. The cleaning is superb - it's cleaner than a hospital! Extras - Got to reception to check in and was told that if i wanted a pool side view it would be €5 extra a night and if i wanted the top floor pool side view then it would be €10 extra per night. Alot of people were quite annoyed by this as you have already paid for your holiday... More

We have just come back from a week (6th - 13th May 2012) at the Orquidea & maybe it was because we were self-catering rather than all inclusive but we got room 165. Lovely little hotel which is right on the seafront and the bars and restaurants. About a 10 mins walk to the town centre where more bars and restaurant inlcuding an English bar. When we went in May it didn't get too crowded around the pool.
