What a refreshing change to experience first-rate customer service in Spain! From the welcome drink in the beautiful lounge to the last morning's breakfast served on that stunning terrace overlooking Gibraltar, we felt like royalty. the attention by the staff was first rate, the location is beautiful with a clear view of Gibraltar. The bathroom was sensational and the food very well prepared. Only problem is bed that was not upgraded with the rest of the appointments
