We spent couple nights in Parador Mazagon during our 10-day trip in Andalucia. The place is beautiful and the location is outstanding; the hotel has lovely gardens and a swimingpool area and is located right next to the beach (on top of a cliff). We spent a fantastic day by the pool (we didn't go to the beach because it... More

Its a really nice hotel - the rooms are spacious. The decor a lil old style spanish. The surroundings, garden and pool are really great. Located on a great beach as well. Try out food at nearby Mazagon - cheap and really great.

Superb location, nestled on top of the cliff which forms part of the southern boundary of the very impressive and extensive Donana National Park which teams with bird and wildlife. This Parador could not be better situated for any nature lover. Although the architectural style might be one that was prevalent in the 1960's it somehow does not detract from... More

At first sight although perfectly positioned by the Reserve and the sea the exterior looks as though it needs some attention . The gardens however are well maintained and we were given a room directly overlooking swimming pool and the sea. The dining room service at breakfast was much better than the norm with chef on hand and the dinner... More

This Parador has a great location overlooking the sea, and all rooms have a good view. The beach is accessed by nearly 200 wooden steps, and you can walk for miles. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the garden and pool well-kept. The pool is open all year round, but in November I wasn't brave enough to have a dip!... More

Hadn't made a reservation but was quickly booked in and given info re restaurant times etc. dinner ok, typically Spanish and a little slow. Rooms normal parador standard with good bright and modern bathroom. Bed felt slightly damp but bedding a good quality. Slightly bemused by the opening times of the gym, pool and spa! Not sure why the gym... More

This hotel is in a beautiful setting, overlooking the sea...next to the national park...and off season completely peaceful. Nice pool area and gardens, friendly enough staff but with minimal knowledge of english..so if you are not a spanish speaker you can find it more challenging and amusing (us). The hotel itself is a bit "tired", our room had other occupants...ants...and... More

Here is a Parador in an absolutely beautiful setting, with great facilities and a restaurant with great food. The rooms a large and the showers work very well. The slight downside is that the whole place is beginning to need a little bit of repair; don't get me wrong, it is pretty good, but there are small things like chips... More

Box like concrete construction reminded me of boarding school. Such a wonderful location, but the parador itself, while adequately comfortable, was a disappointment. It lacked any kind of soul and absolutely does not make the most of its situation. Sitting on the bar terrace, you see not the sea, but a row of rooms in front of you blocking the... More

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel - it is quite, nice place with great garden and nice pool. Beach access is little complicated but the beach was empty. Little overprized but good services. It is better to have a car to go around.
