Just returned from our second visit. Hotel is excellent value, staff friendly and helpful. The beaches within walking distance are wonderfully clean, the water clear and the scenery fantastic. Alvor is a 5 euro taxi ride away and offers a range of excellent restaurants and bars. more

We stayed at the Delfim week commencing 13th September. Hotel is very clean and tidy and the rooms are very comfortable. We were very disappointed to find no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and also no fridge for keeping water. I think they expect you to order from room service, not a good idea as anything bought... more

Me and my family have just stayed in the pestana delfim in alvor and it was a fabulous holiday! there are plenty of thing to do. there is so many views from your hotel room, you cant go wrong! the beach is only a 2 minute walk down a slope just past the garden of the resort. the maid service... more

Very nice hotel, very well located, you can stay in the hotel all day, get to the pool and to the beach, as the beach is 2 minutes away walking. The beach is very good as it's the end of it and there is not soooooo many people, of course there's lots of people but its less than other beaches... more

My husband and I went to the Pestana Delfim with great expexctations, we had viewed the hotel online and it looked lovely. We found this hotel fairly good, Our room was spacious, had a very nice modern bathroom and was spotlessly clean. Its probably closer to a good 3 star rather than 4. The hot tub reminded me of a home style jacuzzi rather than a hotel quality spa!. The sauna wasnt working, as were the showers at the indoor heated pool.... more

Had good time but the most unfriendlist hotel ever stayed in no one speaks not even to say good morning. Drinks way over priced in bar.
