Bad experience as burgled on first night (ground floor corner). First receptionist excellent with reporting crime and being an interpreter. Very shocked by what had happened. Second receptionist told us after the police had been to have breakfast and GET OVER IT!!. Very shocked by her abrupt manner . We were then moved to another room where we had no... More

Just back from a lovely week at the Luna Alvor Village Hotel. Really nice hotel and perfect for little ones - we have a one year old. Baby pool is good, there are plenty of loungers and parasols, breakfast is what we expected and there was choice for our son - eggs, beans, bread, jam, yoghurts etc. The staff are... More

We enjoyed our one-week stay at Luna Alvor Village very much. Nice and large rooms. Very clean. Friendly personnel. Breakfast is o.k. with enough choice. Coffee could be better though ... Downtown is easily accessible with a 15 to 20 minute walk. Would come here again.

This was my 3rd visit to Luna Alvor Village. The hotel is modern & very clean. The staff could not be more helpful. Claudia on reception is always friendly & helpful. The 2 bedroom apartments are very spacious with the rooftop ones having hot tubs. You can stay B&B or self catering, rooms are well equipped. Breakfast has an excellent... More
