We went on a cycling vacation through Tuscany and spent two nights here. Very spacious room - huge. Also, pretty terrace to lounge in the sun. We were treated like family and had a truly lovely alfresco breakfast each morning served by Allesandro - the son of Daniela the owner. The fabulous service is why we give this 5 stars.... More

Good value. Well situated to explore this beautiful area. We were there just for a long weekend, and visited the hot baths (really nice), Trevinano (better seen from a distance!), Riserva Monte Rufeno (wonderful walking and views), we ate at Il Poggio. Our room was better than advertised - included mini kitchen and nice sitting room. Excellent breakfast served in... More

Delightful small hotel with fantastic service. Calm, beautiful setting. Strategic location. Friendly and helpful "staff" (family.) Couldn't have asked for more for our first stay in the area. We will return! (P.S. Don't miss the nearby spa.)

We really enjoyed our three day stay in San Casciana dei Bagni and the Hotel Sette Querce. This is not an area frequented often by Americans, which was refreshing. The hotel is charming - it sits on a little street just down the hill from the pedestrian-only village. The woods behind are lovely and cooling, and the views over the... More

My wife and I stayed here en route from Siena to Rome. The town/village is very picturesque, with a superb restaurant (ristorante daniela) that is (I think) run by the same people as the hotel. As you know, the number of stars hotels get in Italy can be very misleading because it relates to the facilities they have not the... More
