fantastic location, in the heart of the beautiful Tuscany countryside and just 10 minutes drive from the city center. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Beautiful garden with swimming pool. Very good breakfast. Clean environment and always perfumed. High professional Staff, always available and friendly. This is a little piece of heave where to spend a relaxing holiday with family and friends.

We spent 5 days using Villani as a base for exploring Florence. Laura and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The whole property is very well looked after - very clean and tidy. They have two lovely, good natured dogs (one of whom has one of the property's wines named after him) who are around -... More

Excellent stay for family holiday. Nearby motorway, so good starting point for visiting Florence, San Giminiano, Sienna, Lucca, Pisa,.. Very good restaurant at 100m. Fantastic pizzeria at a place nearby called 'Luna'. Tip: ask to stay in the 'Pink House' and you will have a separate house on the domain.

July 2015 - family trip in Italy, and in Tuscany area we were lucky to stay at this wonderful place! It is located really close to Firenze (Florence) but on a most beautiful area between vines and olive trees. We were warmly welcomed by the owners that are happily sharing information and recommendations on the area. The rooms are spacious,... More

We stayed here due to our friends wedding in the area & could not fault the warm service & hospitality. Laura made our stay as enjoyable as could be and we really enjoyed a relaxing few days here - very homely & could use kitchen etc. & other facilities as our own. Laura was very obliging in helping us with... More

Wow, what can I say. My wife and I enjoyed our serene two night stay here more than anywhere on our two-week Europe trip. The hosts were magnificient and welcoming, the food --oh my goodness--the food. They made this melon and prosciutto plate with fresh cantaloupe and three types of meats. Prosciutto, so good. Sausage with black peppercorn, yep. Sausage... More

The Owners - Laura and her husband, with their beautiful dogs and cats and a couple of staff are all very cheerful and helpful. Laura took extra efforts to make me a map to drive around the country side and avoid the highways, due to which we were able to see the true beauty of Tuscany. Their place is situated... More

Spending 2 weeks at Agriturismo Villani was amazing. The property and farm house are beautiful. Our room was large, spotless, and the view was breathtaking. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Laura and Enrico are fantastic hosts as are the rest of staff. We felt as though we were staying with family. Laura was very helpful with local knowledge and recommendations.... More

Our recent five night here has become a highlight of our recent Italian trip. The rooms are fabulous and the mattress was super comfy. The farm is lovely and charming looking. Lara, her husband Enrico and staff were very nice, helpful and accommodating. The homemade breakfast foods were amazingly delicious...and ample. The Tuscan dinner they made on the weekend we... This Villa is situated at the top of the hill overlooking Lastra a Signa. If you're looking for an authentic Italian experience without Florence prices that this is the place. This place is amazingly simple, quiet and inviting. The view was great. The included breakfast was adequate but not plentiful like some other reviews explained. All of the food was... More
