We travel often to many countries but have never experienced this level of high quality customer service. We had the misfortune of missing our flight in Palermo but renting this family's apartment was the silver lining to a bad situation. The place was beautiful and incredibly clean but the service was beyond exceptional. We were picked up promptly at the... More

Last minute booking for an early flight out of Palermo. Fantastic price so not expecting much. Surprise! Clean, comfortable, spacious room with good hi-speed wifi (surprise) and he personally drove us to a nice local restaurant for dinner and sent a car when we were finished. Served us a wonderful early breakfast to make sure we would get to the... More

Althoigh our plane arrived late evening, the friendly, ever-smiling and proactive Claudio came out and helped us find his B&B, then, because we were hungry, drove us to Cisini's top pizza restaurant, Grace, for a great feed and good wine. The room was comfortable and well equipped, and his breakfast adequate, if somewhat uninspired. Good value, pleasant stay.

I admire this small and perfect family enterprise and Claudio's equilibrium in maintaining a friendship approach and professional requirements. I just confirm all the rest of the useful reviews. Perfect to my job and for leisure.

The owner really makes this B&B. He is so accommodating and helpful. He took us out to a restaurant so we could have a great meal. It's close to the airport and convenient for early morning flights. The room was immaculate and I liked the way he furnished the rooms and the tile he chose. Just a little difficult to... More

The location of this accomodation to airport was one of the main reasons for choosing this place. Took 10 minutes to reach. Claudio was a welcome surprise. Extremely helpful - taking us to 'grace' a fantastic restaurant a night and provided an outstanding breakfast in the morning. Very clean and comfortabl rooms. Would highly recommend to others!

Claudio makes this place. As for many others, he took us to and from dinner at Grace (reviewed separately, but "go!") and was super helpful. The room was big and comfy, the house too. Breakfast was good as well.

Although just a little challenge to find among the one-way streets, this place was a gem. Claudio and his family and staff were kind, helpful and very accommodating. Their charming place was clean and comfortable and met all our needs. Only 15 minutes drive from the airport, they were cheerful about taking us there for a very early flight and... More

One night we stayed at Kunesias, felt like staying with the family! Claudio, the owner of the hotel was accommodating beyond our expectations- he picked us up at the airport, drove us to dinner (one of the best we had in Sicily), and made us hot breakfast at 5 am!!! Our room was spacious and spotless. It was a perfect... More

Claudio is simply amazing. He never stops helping people. He found us a great place to stay when we arrived a day early and drove us to there himself. A couple had just arrived without reservations, and he even took THEM, at no charge, to a pensione that had an opening. He offered to drive us to the beach (thanks,... More
