I am having a terrible experience with this hotel. When I made the payment, the credit card machine had a paper-jam so they read my credit card twice. They promised me to cancel one of them but they didn't. I e-mailed to the hotel straightaway. They responded to the first mail and promised me again that they would cancel one... more
This hotel was a disgrace. It was probably good once, but is well past its prime. There is scarcely any staff (or guests) to be seen, and broken glass still littered the poolside a day after the accident occurred. This is a very comfortable and well located hotel, a 15 minute walk outside of Ostuni centre. The only question mark I would have over it, is the fact that it is quite some distance (and cost - €35) from the beach. The hotel could lay on a shuttle bus which would be a lot better.
