What a pitty! Such a nice area, the castel is wonderful and the environment is magic. But the services and the staff are so poor!!! The room are ugly, with no soap or shampoo, toilet broken, no shower curtains... The services are very limited (no restaurant, no proper welcoming, no cleaning services. “How to waste a beautiful site with an extraordinary poor service”

Rooms and service are far away from the expectations (bad noise isolation, bad quality beds and very cheap furniture in general, no toilet paper, no soap, no shower curtain, restaurant closed, tennis court out of service, etc...). It's a shame because the site and the masseria are really exceptionnal...
