This hotel is truly superb. At first I was weary of going to vulcano due to a fear of the smell of the sulphur bath. However from this hotel the only thing you can smell is the beauty of the surroundings, the magnificent views, the comfort of the rooms, the fantastic service and food provided at the restaurants, particularly at... This hotel has most probably one of the best locations in the aelion islands. From all the restaurants, the patio and most of the rooms you could see all 6 islands, and at any hour, observe the intense maritime traffic. The pool was excellent, and if you prefer you can always have a swim in the sea, since there is... More

We stayed for 5 nights at the Therasia resort in peak season in August. We chose to stay half-board to include breakfast and dinner. The location of the resort is wonderful; right on the sea with views of the other Aeoli islands. There is an inflinity pool, but the best place to swim is in the sea itself, which is... More

We stayed at Therasia for 3 nights of our honeymoon, which happened to coincide with my birthday too and it was a real treat. Nancy, the customer relations gem who was so welcoming and helpful, phoned us the day before to check what time we would be getting the ferry and arranged parking for our car at Milazzo. When we... This place has it all, location with direct acess to the sea, pool area is very pleasent, service, 3 very very good restaurants and they can carter for big groups, a big spa with a spacious indoor pool, the breakfast with all you can imagine and the frendly staff. Probably the best in the area.

The best view offered by Mediterranean islands, the best welcoming service, the best food, the best rooms. If perfection exists, it should be in the Therasia resort. It is pricy, of course, but you'll never be treated better in your life, and this is worth spending money and, of course, time. The spa is also great, not speaking of the... More

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world and would describe the beautiful view as outstanding and that's where the 5 star experience ends. The room had the cream box type old fashioned hair drier attached to the bathroom wall, the ones with a long hose that overheats but does not dry your hair - typical of... More

One of the best among our family holidays stays. Fabulous views, very friendly staff, excellent facilities and food. Even when the weather wasn't good enough for swimming in the spectacular pool, the day was just wonderful. And the sulphur springs although smelly made our joints condition a bit better. We will be back to this resort, definitely.

We stayed here for 2 nights during our honeymoon trip across Sicily and I can honestly say that, apart from one very small complaint, this was the most decadent hotel experiences I've ever had. That said, the two days did cost us almost £1000 so for that price it should have been. From the minute we arrived we were given... More

If you are even thinking about staying at Therasia, do it now! It was by far the best decision made on our two week Sicilian adventure to stay at this hotel. There are rooms for every level of financial readiness you may be at for a special time, but a sea view terrace is ideal! Everything about our stay was... More
