Location is impressive as it is right in the middle of the two main beaches of Vulcano city. In fact, the hotel has private part in one of them. The installations are in good condition and the swimming pool is nice. At the beginning, I felt a little bit like in Disney because of the decoration, but after some hours... More

Very beautiful hotel, located close to the mud-wash beach and very close to two lovely beaches (one at each side of the Island!). Large rooms, comfortable, clean, nice common areas (garden, private beach, pool...). Good breakfast if you like sweets / cakes. All in all, an excellent place for a romantic getaway! However, beware of mosquitoes - they are everywhere... More

The hotel is a 5 min walk from the port and it has a privileged access to both main beaches (I recommend the one on the west, especially for sunsets). Ver comfortable rooms with private terraces, a nice pool. Breakfast could be more versatile. All in all, a good choice for your stay on Vulcano.

Nice place for a relaxing get-away. Located between two beaches (no private beach at the hotel though, but just next to a nice sand beach), maybe 15-20 minutes walk from the harbour. Use their free shuttle service - much better than dragging your luggage all the way from the harbour. My "location" rating reflects the vincinity to beaches - if... More

Stayed here 4 days with 2 children. It was one of the best of our holiday. The weather was great so we utilised the pool area every day - which was wonderful. The reception staff were kind and professional and the breakfast was good. The rooms were very clean and quite roomy - we opted for a sea view which... More

What a great stay! Received a very warm welcome on arrival after a long, tiring journey from Milan. Even though it was late evening dinner was prepared, after which fell onto a perfectly comfortable bed. Personnel all-smiling, efficient and well-informed - the suggested trip to Stromboli was well-timed! Overall, very much at ease and all needs taken care of. Looking... More

We had an interesting four night stay at this hotel. It is a nice place with lovely gardens and patio areas. The room was comfortable and clean. On arrival the main reception staff were very friendly and interested in us and where we came from - it didn't appear that they had had many brits staying there. However, having been... More

The hotel offered very nice rooms which were very confortable. The food served in the evening was delcious and allowed you chose between a selection of italian products. Breakfast was rather good too. The hotel offered access to the beach and sea. The sea was amazing as there were numerous hot thermal springs. The hotel is situated on the beautiful... More

Eolian Islands are, definitely, the best place I've ever seen in my life. Volcano, especially, seems to be the most beautiful island. Gorgeous sea, beaches, places. The Eros Hotel is an amazing structure: elegant in each detail (rooms, swimming pool, beach, etc.). The restaurant is incredible: an amazing chef and the best italian cuisine I've ever had. My girlfriend is... More
